What’s in a Name?
It all begins with an idea.
For a small staff with less than 20 people, we sure love hiring people with similar names or the same name. Currently, we have 3 Kristen’s who work at our clinics (although one is on maternity leave currently so it does make things a bit easier for now).
At one point in time we had 2 Sarah’s, 2 Abby’s, a Kristen and Christine all at the same time! We’ve also had 4 therapists with a first name starting with “L”.
This is never planned, but if we’re hiring and you have the same name as one of our staff, you may have a chance at the job :)
