A Socially Distanced Staff Meeting

It all begins with an idea.

On September 14, 2020 we held our semi-annual staff meeting but with Covid 19 precautions in place. We are lucky enough to have a large space in our Victoria location to hold all our staff members and still be socially distanced. A giant circle of tables, 16 people and individual dinner options were pre-ordered (we normally have buffet, self-serve meals) allowed us to follow social distancing rules.

At this particular staff meeting new staff were introduced, contracts with different insurance providers were discussed and it gives us a chance to discuss new splints and materials and if we should stock in our inventory.

Staff meetings also give us a chance to see everyone and is a great time to catch up. With having 3 locations we don’t always get a chance to see each other or work with each other.
